The rates to hire Potto Village Hall (revised April 2010) are as follows:-

Residents

£8.00 per hour

£50 for a full day

Regular Visitors

£9.50 per hour

Visitors

£16.00 per hour

£75 for a full day

Parish Council

£15.00 per session

All users

£10.00 per day

Use of kitchen for private parties etc.

Potto Open Gardens Sunday 20th July 2008

The event was very well supported, despite the odd shower, we had over 300 people attend. Thanks should go to all those who put in such hard work in preparation, including especially those who opened their gardens and manned the cake and plant stalls, not forgetting the splendid displays at the village hall of local artwork and flower arrangements.

Special thanks to Pam Fanthorpe, without her enthusiasm the event wouldn't have happened and to her and John for opening their gardens up for the superb cream teas - and all who helped serve them.

Final figures are not available but we will have made a healthy profit to go towards the village hall improvement fund.

The story of a travelling actress in the North. Charlotte Deans is the heroine of ONCE A LADY... though whether she was a lady is the big question that shaped her life. It is over 200 years ago since at the age of 17 Charlotte ran away to join her lover, who happened to be a play-actor.

Northumberland Theatre Company ( NTC ) present PINOCCHIO by Mike Kenny.

"A magical adaptation of the classic tale of a carpenter whose dream of a son comes true and the subsequent misadventures of the naughty wooden puppet whose nose grows to an amazing length whenever he tells a lie - this production is funny, musical and magical and will have all children enchanted."
